WRAITH

Wraith is a newer model added for the Queensland Knife Show in 2023 ,this model was so popular that I  decided to add it to the catalogue. Based on the blade design of the Apparition “Wraith” is the smaller brother. Measuring at 290 mm overall and with a blade length of 170 mm (6.6 inches) and at it widest point 55 mm. The blade has been hand forged from 1/4 inch thick 1084 High Carbon Steel. 1084 is an excellent blade steel similar to 80CRV2 without the addition of Chromium and Vanadium.

This knife has a full tang construction giving increased durability for the heavy jobs. The wide belly and forward weight make this knife an excellent chopper, perfect for hacking through under brush or cutting up sticks for the fire. The blade has been gun blued to give a unique bluish black  tint.

The handle grips are Black Micarta. a synthetic very stable material that wont shrink or break easily and isn’t prone to water damage or other environmental factors. The grips are held via stainless steel pins and lanyard tube.

Wraith comes with a hand made and tooled leather sheath designed for hip carry on either left or right side.

This knife will be made again but will have different handle materials. Blade steel is subject to change due to availability.
